"Awesome coat, but customer service is lacking."
I absolutely adore the coat I got in every way. Still, it seems like the company has become one of those that can't keep up with their rapid expansion. I've been trying to snag a hat for a whole year! In my last three tries, the courier messed up, and on two of those times, I just went along with their awful customer service suggestions. All I want is a refund!! You better grab your coat quick because at this pace, they might not last much longer. What a shame.
